We use fancy computer tools, AI, and Photoshop to do it! You can choose different editing techniques to make it look like the unwanted thing was never there in the first place. 

You might use something called "cloning" or "content-aware fill" - these are just ways of making the photo look better and getting rid of anything that might be distracting or unattractive.

The idea is to make the property look as good as possible in the photos, so that more people will want to come see it in person. Maybe there's something in the photo that's really ugly or distracting, like a trash can or a car parked in the driveway. Maybe the seller just wasn't ready or wasn't able to get there to remove their stuff. We can digitally remove all of it for you! Saves you so much time and energy in the end.

The timeline for digital object removal can vary depending on the complexity of the job. However, we are dedicated to providing fast and efficient service to meet your needs.

The cost for digital object removal depends on the complexity of the job.

 Simple removals start at $25, with more complex jobs starting at $50. Once you let us know what needs to be edited, we can give you a better idea on cost. 

Simple removals include cords, small objects, and animals. More complex edits include, trash cans, cars, people, tress, and power lines.

The final product will be delivered in JPEG format, but can be any format you need. 

Hometrack provides options for downloading the file through your  secure customer portal. Your photo easily can be used on MLS, online and on social platforms.
