  • What is the turnaround time from the time of the shoot to delivery in Hunt Valley?

    Hometrack guarantees that your photos will be uploaded to your client portal online by 5:00pm EST the day after the property was photographed. Weekends too! A notification email will be sent once your photos (and any other assets) are ready to be viewed.

  • Do you shoot 7 days a week in Hunt Valley?

    Depending on the area of your listing or property, our team of real estate photographers can shoot on the weekend. Please contact our office to see if we can accomidate your weekend shoot!

  • How can you help me with my crazy schedule with kids, buyers and sellers?

    Our goal is to help you get your listing on the market with everything you need as easily as possible. We work with your schedule and your sellers schedule to accommodate almost any request. 

  • What options are there for rush delivery in Hunt Valley?

    Need rush? No problem! We offer same day rush for a 30% upcharge of the total shoot. Next day rush (before 9am) is a 15% upcharge of the total shoot.

  • How quickly do you get back to me?

    Our back office team is available M-F from 8am-6pm EST and monitors emails, vvoicemails, and chats on the weekends. Feel free to call, email, or chat us anytime and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

  • Do I need to be present at the time of the shoot?

    Being onsite would allow you offer input to the  photographer for any specific angles or features you might have in mind to include. Otherwise we’ll use our  professional judgment and will take  photos that best market the space. You can also have our client services team relay your request to our photographers.

  • How many photos are included in my order?

    Almost all of Hometrack's photo packages include unlimited photos. We know that most homes need more than just 15, 30 or 50 photos. Your homeowner wants that extra photo of the fireplace included and we want to make sure everyone is happy!

  • Does Hometrack provide staging in Hunt Valley?

    Hometrack does not physically stage properties. We rely on the agent and/or homeowner to stage and prepare the property prior to the photographer's arrival. Since our photographers have a set amount of time onsite to photograph based upon all ordered services and the amount of square footage, it is important that they stick to their schedule.  


    Hometrack is pleased to offer virtual staging services as an alternative to traditional staging. With limitless styles to choose from, our virtual staging can help you save time and sell more quickly! Our designers can select staging for you –or– you are welcome to choose from our extensive catalog of room sets, wall art, plants... just about anything!

  • What happens if I need to cancel my shoot?

    To maximize efficiency of our real estate photographers schedules, Hometrack considers the following day's shoots "locked" unless a cancellation comes in before 5pm EST the day prior (including weekends). 


    We understand that life happens and sometimes a cancellation isn't known by that time. Therefore, we keep our cancellation fee as low as possible.

  • Can I change my order onsite with the photographer?

    Certain items may or may not be added on the day of the shoot or when the photographer is onsite because we schedules a specific amount of time onsite based on products ordered and equipment needed. If the photographer has time based upon the daily schedule, they will most certainly accommodate your request.
